健康视频教育对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复训练干预效果

【目的】探讨提高腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复训练的效果,保证患者得到及时有效的健康指导。【方法】将2008年1月-2009年5月在我科行腰椎间盘突出症椎板开窗髓核摘除术后患者54例分成两组,实验组26例,对照组28例。实验组采用自制康复训练教育光盘,以视频教育的方式形象直观的对患者进行功能锻炼指导,而对照组采用传统口头宣教方法对患者进行健康指导。【结果】实验组接受视频教育后的护理满意度为100%,优于对照组78.6%（P〈0.05）。实验组患者掌握腰背肌锻炼动作有明显效果,术后生活自理能力及肌力均有明显提高,下床时间早,疼痛减轻,与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。【结论】视频教育通俗易懂,易被患者接受,对促进患者康复有良好的效果,在临床护理工作中,有很好的推广价值和应用前景。

Effect of video education on the pastoperative rehabilitation training intervention for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion

【Objective】 To enhance the effect of rehabilitation training of postoperative patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion and ensure that patients can obtain effective health guidance in time.【Methods】A total of 54 cases after operation for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion from January 2008-May 2009 were selected for study.They were divided into experimental group（26 cases）and control group（28 cases）.In experimental group,home made rehabilitation fraining CD was used for guidance while the control group was guided by traditional oral health guidance.【Results】The satisfaction to nursing service of treatment group which were treated with video education is 100%,which is better than control group（78.6%.） Patients can master the way to train muscles of waist,and back easily,and their self-care ability post-operation and muscle force are improved obviousily.The time to get out of bed is earlier,and the pain is alleviated.There is significant difference between treatment group and control group（P〈0.05.）【Conclusions】 The video education is popular and easy to understand,which can promote the recovery of patients.It is worthy to spread in clinical nursing service.
