摘    要:一份调查临床教学效果为何有悖学生期望的报告,提出了在具有明显职业教育属性的医学教育中,立足生本是临床教学人文资源再开发的新课题。一项临床带教教师上岗培训的考核分析,进一步反映了临床医学职业教育与人文教育非同步发展的现实。因此,由教学失衡、教学专制、教学偏见和教学阻隔造成的临床教学中的人文教育缺失现象必须引起我们的高度重视。目前,需要我们进一步强化的是临床医学教学中的人文教育属性观念,彰显临床教师的生本意识,特别是要彰显一切为了学生的价值观,高度重视学生的伦理观,全面依靠学生的行为观等。

Abstract:A research on effects of clinical education betraying the expectation of the students explored that, students -centered education became a new study topic in clinical professional education. A analysis of clinical teaching assessment reflected the non - synchronization between clinical professional education and humanistic education. We need to take lessons from lack of humanistic education resulting from educational - unbalance, bureaucracy and obstruct. Nowadays the concepts of humanistic education in clinical teaching should be reinforced and the idea of students - centered education, especially the values, ethics and behavior toward students, should be embodied for clinical teachers.
