某轿车建设项目职业病危害预评价

摘    要:目的对某轿车拟建项目可能产生的职业病危害因素进行识别与分析,确定危害类别,评价控制效果。方法运用类比法、检查表法及经验法进行综合分析评价。结果该建设项目生产过程中存在苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、硫酸、硫化氢、氯气、氢氧化钠、一氧化碳、乙酸丁酯、锰尘、粉尘、噪声、高温、紫外线等主要职业病危害因素。其中粉尘TWA、STEL检测结果分别为0.52~2.25mg/m3、0.87~2.8mg/m3;苯TWA、STEL检测结果分别为0.3~4.7mg/m3、0.3~4.8mg/m3,均符合国家卫生接触限值的要求;噪声共检测14个点,检测结果在75~93.2dB(A)之间,超标率为28.5%。结论本项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业病危害控制效果总体上具有可行性。

Abstract:Objective To identify and analyze the possible occupational risk factors in the construction project in order to provide technical evidences for health administration. Methods Methods of analogy, checklist and experience analysis were applied. Results The main occupational hazard factors that might exist in this construction project were benzene , toluene,xylene,ethylbenzene, sulfuric acid , hydrogen sulfide, chlorine, sodium hydroxide, carbon monoxide, butyl acetate, noise, dust, high temperature , hydrogen chloride, sodium hydroxide and ultraviolet rays . TWAs and STELs for dust were 0. 52 -2.25 ,0. 87 -2. 8 mg/m3 ,respectively. TWAs and STELs for benzene were 0. 3 -4. 7, 0. 3 -4. 8 mg/m3 ,re- spectively. The values of noise were 75 -93.2 dB(A) ,which the exceeding rate was 28.5%. Conclusion The construction project was classified as severe project, the preventive measures on occupational hazards in the project is basically feasible according to requirements of occupational hygiene standards.
