| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植术在复发性翼状胬肉治疗中的作用。方法:采用自体角膜缘干细胞移植手术治疗复发性翼状胬肉22例23眼,术后随访6月～12月。结果:植片全部存活,无排斥反应发生,随访期内仅有1例胬肉复发。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植是一种治疗复发性翼状胬肉简单、安全、有效的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the effects of corneal limbus autografting on recurrent pterygium. Methods: Autografting of limbus stem cells were adopted in 22 cases of 23 eye with recurrent pterygium. The postoperative follow-up periods ranged from 6-12 months. Results: All the grafts survived. No immunological rejection occurred. Recurrences occurred in 1 eye in the follow-up period time. Conclusion: Autografting of corneal limbus stem cells might be a simple, safe and effective surgery for recurrent pterygium. |
