百蕊草提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的 确定百蕊草提取工艺的条件。方法 以山奈酚提取转移率为指标 ,采用正交试验法优选百蕊草提取的工艺条件 ,然后考察提取次数、加水量、提取时间以及溶液醇浓度对提取效果的影响。结果 以 10倍量的水分别提取 2次 ,提取时间分别为 2 h,可使百蕊草药材中总黄酮基本浸出 ,其提取转移率达 73%。结论 试验结果可为百蕊草提取工艺的确定提供实验依据

Abstract:Objective To ascertain the condition for extracting kaempferol from Herba Thesii.Methods With the transferring rate of kaempferol as index,the optimum extraction condition was selected by orthogonal test, the times of extraction,the volume of water,the extracting time and the alcohol concentration of solution were studied.Results Taking water as solvent, Herba Thesii was extracted two times with 10 times volume of water for 2 h,respectively.In this condition,kaempferol could be effectively extracted.Conclusion The experimental results provided the basis for the ascertainment of extraction process of Herba Thesii.
