沐舒坦不同给药途径治疗AECOPD的疗效观察

目的探讨沐舒坦不同给药途径治疗COPD的临床疗效和安全性。方法将62例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,两组分别予常规抗感染、止咳、平喘等相同治疗方法,治疗组给予沐舒坦30mg,每日2次氧驱动雾化吸入;对照组给以沐舒坦30mg,每日2次缓慢静脉注射。用药一疗程后观察治疗效果。结果两组的总有效率(有效率 显效率)无明显差异(P>0.05),分别为93.75%和90.00%,而治疗组显效率明显高于对照组,两组间有显著的差异(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显副作用。结论沐舒坦两种不同给药途径治疗COPD疗效确切,安全性高,沐舒坦雾化治疗操作简单、经济实用,疗效更佳。

Clinic effects of Mucosolvan by two ways in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at the stage of acute exacerbation

Objective To evaluate the effect of Mucosolvan in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at the stage of acute exacerbation by intravenous injection and atomizing inhalation.Methods Sixty-two cases with acute exacerbation of COPD were separated into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(30 cases)randomly and all the cases were treated with synthesis.The treatment group was administrated with oxygen-driven atomizing inhalation of Mucosolvan 30 mg bid.The control group was administrated with intravenous injecting Mucosolvan 30 mg bid.Their effects were evaluated after 10 days.Results.Remarkable efficient rates were 81.25%(26/32)and 56.67%(17/30)respectively in the treatment group and the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total efficient rates were 93.75%(30/32)and 90.00%(27/30)in the two groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).No obviously side effects were observed.Conclusion Either intravenous or atomizing Mucosolvan is an effective and safe way to treat cases with acute exacerbation of COPD.But atomization inhaling Mucosolvan may afford a better benefit to the patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.
