摘    要:目的 :观察Coldex聚乙烯酒精水化海绵封闭式负压引流治疗糖尿病合并化脓性感染创面的临床疗效。方法 :利用Coldex聚乙烯酒精水化海绵填塞感染脓腔 ,接高负压、全创面持续封闭式引流 ,治疗糖尿病合并化脓性感染创面 ,2 1例为实验组 ,以创面的分泌物多少和伤口愈合时间为临床观察指标。另外 ,随机取 10例常规更换敷料的相同诊断的病人为对照。结果 :在实验组的 2 1例中 ,有 2 0例 2周内伤口愈合 ,1例显效 ,治愈率 95 .2 % ;对照组10例 ,无 1例在 2周内愈合。结论 :负压封闭式引流是一种全创面引流法 ,具有引流管不容易被堵塞 ,操作简便易行等优点 ,对糖尿病合并的难愈性化脓感染创面引流效果好 ,创面愈合快 ,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) with Coldex polyethylene foam(CPF) on pyogenesis in diabetes mellitus.Method:21 cases with pyogenesis in diabetes mellitus were operated and filled up with CPF,then were linked negative pressure drained equipment,so the whole infective surface were drained.The quantity of secretion and the healing time of wound were observed as indicators of this study.The control group was 10 cases whose diagnosis were as same as the experimental group.Results:In 21 cases of experimental group,there were 20 cases wound healing within two weeks and 1 case displaying distinct effect,the healing rate is 95.2%.But the 10 cases of control group were not healed within 2 weeks.Conclusions:VSD as a whole infective surface drainage technique,the drainage tube was uneasy blocked;the manipulation of VSD was mastered easily;the effects were reliable for the treatment of the pyogenesis in diabetes mellitus.
