| 摘 要： | 目的建立舒肝丸中芍药苷含量测定方法。方法采用C18柱,以甲醇∶水(25∶75)为流动相,检测波长为243 nm。结果线性范围为0.20~1.00μg,本法回收率为99.88%,RSD为1.41%。结论本法操作简便易行,可供舒肝丸中芍药苷质量控制用。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish determined method of paeoniflorin in Shugan Pills.Methods C_(18) column was used with methyl alcohol-water(25∶75) as mobil phase and the detecting wavelength at 243 nm.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.20~1.00 ug,the average recovery rate was 99.88% and RSD was 1.41%,respectively.Conclusion The method was simple and reliable,and could be used for the control quality of paeoniflorin in Shugan Pills. |
