飞行员脂肪肝患者与血糖代谢状况相关性研究

目的研究飞行员脂肪肝患者体内血糖代谢状况，为防治飞行员脂肪肝提供依据。方法从入院疗养保健的飞行员中筛选出已患脂肪肝4年以上的患者129例为观察组，另选择健康飞行员129例为对照组，进行空腹血糖测定。结果观察组与对照组比较，空腹血糖水平有明显差异（P〈0．05）。结论飞行员脂肪肝患者空腹血糖水平明显高于健康飞行员。这提示飞行员脂肪肝患者较健康飞行员有明显血糖代谢差异。关注飞行员脂肪肝患者血糖代谢状况，重视飞行员脂肪肝患者早期血糖异常的筛查，以便早发现早治疗，减少脂肪肝相关并发症的发生。

Correlational study on blood sugar metabolism status and fatty liver on pilot patients
