| 摘 要： | 报道采自黑龙江省黑河市库蠓属1新种，黑河库蠓，新种Culicoides heiheensissp．nov。该新种与隆林库蠓（Culieoides longlinensis Yu，1982）雄虫相近似，但隆林库蠓中1室、臀室的淡斑数，第9腹板后缘中部宽凹，第9背板后缘无突起，阳基侧突的形状与该新种明显不同。模式标本保存在黑龙江出入境检验检疫局昆虫标本室（哈尔滨150001）。 |

| Abstract: | A new species of the genus Culicoides, C. heiheensis sp. nov. was described in Heihe, Heilongjiang, China. The new species was closely allied to male C. longlinensis (Yu, 1982), but distinctly different in the number of pale spots in its wing cell M1 and cell A. The ninth sternum had wide caudomdian excavation, its ninth tergum had no apical lobes, and the parameres shape was different from male C. longlinensis (Yu, 1982).
