| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍腋臭去除术后的一种简单有效的包扎方法。方法：直视下大汗腺剪除术后分别采用3MCoban（自着性弹力绷带）、打包及优力舒加压包扎创面。结果：自2008年9月～2010年12月对22例采用优力舒包扎患者术后切口I期愈合率明显比前两种包扎方法高,并发症少。结论：使用本方法,简单实用,效果确切,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To describes a simple and effective removal of postoperative hircismus bandaging methods.Methods After the cut off age adenoma surgery under direct vision 3M Coban respectively（elastic bandages）,package and urgostrapping and compression bandaging wounds.Results From September 2008 to December 2010 in 22 patients with excellent postoperative wound urgostrapping healing rate of stage I obviously higher than the previous two methods of dressing,with few complications.Conclusion Use this method,simple and practical,effect,worth promoting. |
