| 摘 要： | 目的：分析粘结式垫治疗乳前牙反的临床疗效。方法：对20例乳前牙反病例采用粘结式垫进行矫治,观察矫治效果。结果：20例病例采用粘结式树脂垫矫治方法全部解除反,疗程1～5个月,平均疗程3个月。结论：粘结式垫矫治乳前牙反,上齿槽变得丰满,A点前移,ANB角增大,反纠正。

| Abstract: | Objective The analysis is about the effect of the clinical therapy of the treatment of deciduous anterior crossbite by using the bonding occlusal pad.Methods 20 cases with deciduous anterior crossbite are treated by using the bonding occlusal pad and then the effects are observed.Results All the 20 cases are cured and their deciduous anterior crossbites are eliminated completely by using the bonding resin occlusal pad.The period of treatment is one to five months and the average period is 3 months.Conclusion The bonding occlusal pad can treat the deciduous anterior crossbite.And alveolaris superior becomes voluminous.Point A antedisplaces.Angle ANB becomes larger and anterior crossbite is cured. |
