河北省鼠疫疫源地小型夜行鼠调查

目的掌握河北省鼠疫疫源地内小型夜行鼠的种群构成、分布。方法1990-2010年在不同生境内逐月采用5m夹线法捕获小型夜行鼠，并解剖、细菌培养以及血清学检测。结果共捕获小型夜行鼠8种969只，隶属3科5属，平均密度为1．17％，黑线仓鼠和黑线毛足鼠为优势种。小型夜行鼠密度变化全年呈现双峰型，分别出现于4—7月和12—2月。结论河北省鼠疫疫源地小型夜行鼠分布范围比较广，除荒坡外各种生境均有分布；积极开展小型夜行鼠监测对动物间鼠疫的流行和传播具有重要的流行病学意义。

Investigation of small nocturnal rodents in a natural plague focus in Hebei province

Objective To determine the species composition and distribution of small nocturnal rodents in a natural plague focus in Hebei province. Methods The 5 m trap line method was used to capture small nocturnal rodents in different habitats every month. Samples collected from the rodents were cultured for bacterial growth and serological detection.
