三叶形局部皮瓣在颌面部软组织缺损修复中的应用

目的：探讨三叶形局部皮瓣修复颌面部软组织缺损的临床经验。方法：对56例各种原因造成的颌面部较大面积的软组织缺损创面采用三叶形局部皮瓣进行修复。结果：术后72h内,皮瓣可能出现局部皮下淤血、轻度水肿等轻度静脉回流障碍,1周内均可自行恢复。所有病例皮瓣成活良好,修复后功能及外形满意,瘢痕不明显。结论：只要供区条件良好,三叶形局部皮瓣修复颌面部较大面积软组织缺损是一种效果优良、安全可靠的方法。

Clinical application of trefoil local flaps to repair maxillofacial soft tissue defects

Objective To investigate clinical experience of using the trefoil local flap to repair maxillofacial soft tissue defects.Methods 56 patients with large area of maxillofacial soft tissue wounds caused by various reasons were cured with trefoil local flaps.Results After 72 hours,the flap may lead to mild venous disorders such as local subcutaneous ecchymosis,mild edema and their recovery are within 1 week.Flap survived well in all cases,the function and appearance after the repair were satisfactory and the scar is not obvious.Conclusion As long as the flap donor site is in good condition,the application trefoil larger flap to repair maxillofacial soft tissue defects is a effective,safe and reliable method.
