血管紧张素转换酶基因I-D多态性与湘西侗族人群高血压病的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨血管紧张素转换酶(angiotensin converting enzyme,ACE)基因第16内含子中的插入/缺失(insertion/deletion,I-D)多态性与湘西通道侗族人群高血压病(essential hypertension,EH)之间的关系.方法 应用聚合酶链反应检测了湘西通道县93例侗族高血压病患者和99名正常对照的ACE基因16内含子I-D多态性.结果 湘西通道侗族正常对照和高血压病组ACE基因I-D多态位点Ⅱ、ID、DD基因型频率分别为47.5%、42.4%、10.1%和40.9%、41.9%、17.2%,两组I-D等位基因频率分别为68.7%/31.3%和61.8%/38.2%.两组基因型频率和等位基因频率分别经χ2检验,等位基因频率分布无统计学差异(χ2=1.04,P=0.31),基因型频率差异亦无统计学意义(χ2=2.26,P=0.32).结论 ACE基因16内含子I-D多态性可能与湘西通道侗族人群高血压病之间没有关联.

Abstract:Objective To investigate whether the insertion/deletion ( I-D ) polymorphism in the an-giotensin converting enzyme ( ACE) gene is associated with essential hypertension in Xiangxi Gamel population. Methods The study covered 93 hypertensives and 99 normotensive controls in Xiangxi Tongdao population. The I-D polymorphism of ACE gene was determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results The frequencies of I and D in the hypertensive group (61. 8% and 38. 2% , respectively) were not significantly different from the controls (68.7% and 31.3% , respectively,χ 2= 1. 04, P = 0.31). The frequencies of ACE genotypes of Ⅱ, ID, and DD were 47.5% ,42. 4% , 10. 1 % in hypertensives respectively and 40. 9% ,41.9%, 17. 2% in control group respectively. There was no significant difference in genotypes between hypertensive group and normotensive group (χ2 =2.26,P =0. 32). Conclusion The results suggested that the I-D polymorphism of ACE gene might not be associated with hypertension in the Gamel population of Xiangxi Tongdao area.
