防治促红细胞生成素不良反应的体会

人基因重组促红细胞生成素(r-HuEPO)是一种刺激红细胞生成的糖蛋白,它主要在肾脏产生,促进造血干细胞分化成原始红细胞,促进幼红细胞分裂成熟,促进网织红细胞成熟和释放,最终促进血红蛋白的合成.因此,可有效地纠正终末期肾衰竭病人的贫血,在广泛应用的同时,它的许多不良反应也凸现出来.现将我院十余年来的应用体会总结如下.
