正畸需要萌出期下颌第三磨牙拔除的探讨

目的：观察正畸患者萌出期下颌第三磨牙拔除手术的临床效果。方法：翻瓣后高速牙钻机去骨分牙的方法拔除16例32颗青少年正畸患者下颌第三磨牙并对拔除时间、去骨的高度及术后并发症进行观察。结果：16例32颗青少年正畸患者下颌第三磨牙均在23＋2min顺利拔除，创口愈合良好，未发生干槽症等并发症。结论：因正畸需要萌出期下颌第三磨牙的拔除高速牙钻机去骨分牙的方法可行。

Extraction of Mandbular Third Molar in the Eruption Period in Orthodontic Patients

Objective：To study the method and complications exactractions of the mandibular third molars in orthodontic patients. Methods： To extract 32 teeth in 16 cases in orthodontic teenager patients by elevating flap and removing the bone covering of the third molar, cut the tooth into four parts by high speed turbine engine,study the postoperative complication. Results： The mandbular third molar locate distal and liuccal surface to the second molar. All the teeth extract smoothly in 23 ± 2min, the postoperative course was uneventful. There were no numb of the lower lib and damage of the second lower molar. Conclusion： Remove the bone covering of the mandibular third molars and cut the tooth into four parts with air turbine handpiece is useful.
