| 摘 要： | 目的 检测核苷酸切除修复（NER）基因XPC在直肠癌及直肠组织中的表达。方法采用实时定量荧光PCR法，检测16例手术后切除的新鲜直肠癌组织及6例癌旁直肠组织中XPC基因表达水平。结果直肠癌中XPC基因水平明显高于正常直肠组织。结论高表达的XPC基因直接在NER早期发挥着重要作用，在一定程度上导致直肠癌患者对化疗药物的敏感性降低。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of Xeroderma Pigmenosum group C in carcinoma of rectum and normal rectal tissue.Method Expression levels of XPC in 16 patients were detected with the real-time polymerase chain reaction.Result The XPC gene was frequently overexpressed in carcinoma of rectum compared to normal rectal tissue.Conclusion Overexpression of XPC gene may involve in the early steps of NER process and may be related to the well recognized resistance of rectal cancer to chemotherapeutics i... |
