| 摘 要： | 目的：研究作业疗法在偏瘫上肢功能恢复中的作用。方法：对６７例偏瘫患者作系统的作业治疗，在治疗前后均用Ｆｕｇｅｌ－Ｍｅｙｅｒ法及ＡＤＬ方法评价。结果：经治疗后，上肢及手功能改善的达７８％，ＡＤＬ能力提高的达８７％。结论：采用作业疗法中化偏瘫患者的上肢及手功能训练，能有效地改善和恢复手和上肢的各种精细协调动作提高偏瘫患者的日常生活活动能力，改进生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of occupational therapy(OT),for the improvement upper extremity function of the hemiplegia patient.Methods:67 hemiplegia patients have recevied OT,and assessed with Fugl-Meyer and ADL method.Results:After treatment,improvement for upper extremity and hand 78%,ADL ability 87%.Conclusion:Application OT for training the function of upper extremity and hand of hemiplegia,may recover the all kinds of delicate and coordinate action of hand and upper extremity and improve the quality of daily living. |
