桃红四物汤加减治疗慢性附件炎性包块疗效观察

目的:探讨桃红四物汤加减治疗附件炎性包块的临床疗效.方法:将127例慢性附件炎性包块病人随机分为桃红四物汤加减煎剂保留灌肠治疗组(n=77)和静脉滴注抗生素对照组(n=50)进行对照研究.结果:治疗组有效为92.2%,对照组有效率为42.0%;治疗组月经失调、痛经、腰痛及下腹疼痛等伴随症状的治愈率分别为85%、86.6%、92.2%,对照组分别为69.2%、57.1%、42.0%.两组治疗效果比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01).结论:桃红四物汤加减治疗慢性附件炎性包块,疗效好,毒副作用小,值得推广应用.

Taohong Siwu Decoction treatment of chronic inflammatory mass in Annex A Clinical Observation
