C-反应蛋白、前白蛋白、白细胞计数、红细胞沉降率在强直性脊柱炎诊疗中的价值

目的探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)、前白蛋白(PA)、白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)对强直性脊柱炎(AS)的诊治价值。方法对79例AS患者及30例健康人进行4项指标测定并进行比较。结果AS组与对照组比较CRP、ESR、WBC显著增高(P<0.01,P<0.05),PA明显降低(P<0.05)。活动组与非活动组比较ESR、CRP变化无相关性(P>0.05)。结论4项指标对评价强直性脊柱炎的意义不同,其中CRP对病情监测及判断预后有重要的临床价值。

Diagnostic value of the serum C-reactive protein, prealbumin, white blood cell and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in ankylosing spondylitis

Objective To study the diagnostic value of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),pre-albumin(PA),white blood cell(WBC),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in ankylosing spondylitis.Methods The serum levels of CRP,PA,WBC,ESR were measured in 79 patients with Ankylosing spondylitis.The result of the measurement was statistically analysed.Results The four results have changes in some degrees,and the increase of serum CRP and ESR was signifcantly(P<0.01).The change of ESR and CRP has no relation with the disease activities(P>0.05).Conclusion The four indexes,which assess AS,have different signifcant,the CRP has important clinical value in judgement of the disease and prognosis.
