CD44v6和nm23-H_1的表达对大肠癌淋巴结转移的影响

目的　探讨CD44v6和nm2 3-H1基因产物表达与大肠癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法　应用SP免疫组化染色法 ,对 76例大肠癌标本进行CD44v6和nm2 3-H1基因产物测定。结果　CD44v6基因产物的高表达和nm2 3-H1基因产物的低表达与大肠癌淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 1)。大肠癌CD44v6和nm2 3-H1表达无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但CD44v6阳性表达伴nm2 3-H1阴性表达的患者发生淋巴结转移的可能性大。结论　CD44v6和nm2 3-H1与大肠癌淋巴结转移密切相关 ,两者在淋巴结转移中起协同作用 ,联合检测对判断大肠癌淋巴结转移是一个有用的指标。

Effects of CD44v6 and nm23-H_1 Gene Protein Expression on Lymphnode Metastasis in Colorectal Cancer

Objective To study the expression of CD44v6 and nm23-H 1 gene protein and its lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer.Methods CD44v6 and nm23-H 1 expressions were determined in paraffin-embed tissues from 76 patients with colorectal cancer with immunohistochemical methods.Results Overexpression of CD44v6 gene product and low expression of nm23-H 1 gene product were closely correlated with lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer( P <0.01). The expression of CD44v6 showed no correlation with that of nm23-H 1( P >0.05),but patients with positive CD44v6 expression and negative nm23-H 1 expression were more likely to have lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The CD44v6 and nm23-H 1 expression closely relate with lymph-node metastasis. They may serve as an important indicator of metastasis of colorectal cancer.
