| 摘 要： | 观察血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）及血脂水平在冠心病辅助诊断中的应用价值。利用全自动生化分析仪测定190例确诊的冠心病患者及123名健康查体者血清同型半胱氨酸及血脂水平。结果显示,冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、脂蛋白aLp（a）]、载脂蛋白B（ApoB）、载脂蛋白C2（ApoC2）、载脂蛋白C3（ApoC3）、甘油三脂（TG）高于正常人群（P〈0.05）;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL）、载脂蛋白A1（ApoA1）、载脂蛋白A2（ApoA2）水平显著低于正常人群（P〈0.01）。女性冠心病患者血清CH、HDL、ApoA1水平高于男性冠心病患者（P〈0.01）。不同年龄组冠心病患者的比较发现,随年龄的增长,同型半胱氨酸有升高趋势,而部分血脂水平有降低趋势。以上结果表明,老年男性应适当补充叶酸、维生素B12,冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸及血脂水平的监测对于冠心病的诊断及预后具有重要的意义。
