| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药至目明合剂联合胰激肽原酶对非增生性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)患者视力、眼底的改善作用。方法将62例112只患眼随机分为治疗组32例58只眼、对照组30例54只眼,2组基础治疗方法相同,对照组给予胰激肽原酶治疗,治疗组用药同对照组,并加用中药至目明合剂,治疗2个疗程后观察患者视力、眼底及其血脂、血液流变学的改善情况。结果治疗后治疗组患者的视力、眼底及其血脂、血液流变学均有明显改善,对照组患者除血脂外亦有改善,两组间比较差异有显着性(P<0.01)。结论中药至目明合剂联合胰激肽原酶治疗NPDR疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effect on the eyesight and eyeground condition of the patients with nonproliferating diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) treated by Zhimuming decoction combined kallikrein.
