| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声介入注射无水酒精联合化疗药物治疗（PEI）肝门静脉癌栓（PVTT）的疗效。方法21例原发性肝癌（HCC）合并PVTT患者行超声介入注射无水酒精联合化疗药物治疗,1次/周,连续4～5次为一疗程,注射结束后随访3～24个月。结果21例PVTT经超声引导肝门静脉注射无水酒精联合化疗药物后,19例（90.5%）得到改善,其中9例（42.8%）癌栓消失; 10例（47.6%）癌栓停止发展; 2例（9.5%）因消化道出血中止治疗。结论本研究表明采用联合PEI有一定疗效,且3～24个月生存率优于单纯门静脉穿刺PEI治疗,值得临床进一步探讨。
