| 摘 要： | 目的：观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的临床疗效。方法：对300例符合诊断标准的COPD患者分别于夏季“三伏”第1天给予穴位贴敷。结果：总有效率为87．33％，控显率为70．67％。治疗前后住院天数、发作次数、第1秒用力呼气量占预计值的百分比（FEV，）、第1秒用力呼气量与用力呼气量之比（FEV，／FVC）比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：冬病夏治穴位贴敷疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病可获得一定的疗效。
