| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药甘遂在治疗重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）中的疗效，探讨其作用机制以及应用甘遂治疗SAP的中医学理论根据。方法：将43例患者随机分为2组，对照组予常规治疗方案，甘遂组在对照组治疗的基础上加用甘遂治疗，观察2组临床症状、实验室指标。结果：腹痛缓解时间，肠鸣音、血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶、血白细胞计数恢复时间甘遂组与对照组比较，差异均有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）；治疗第7天2组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）及白细胞介素-6（IL-6）浓度分别比较，差异均有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）；2组急性呼吸窘迫综合征、胰腺及胰周脓肿、胰腺假性囊肿发生率比较，差异有显著性或非常显著性意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），2组休克、肾功能衰竭、胰性脑病发生率比较，差异均无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论：应用甘遂治疗SAP有确切疗效.
