| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨癫痫患者服用妥泰出现严重认知障碍的特点。方法 对3例服用妥泰后出现严重认知障碍的癫痫患者的临床资料进行总结。结果与结论 多表现为语言功能受损，尤其是语言流畅性受损，而严重认知障碍的患者除了上述表现外，还伴有严重记忆力、计算力障碍。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the character of severe cognitive deficit caused by topiramate(TPM) administration in epileptic patients.Methods3 epileptic patients who suffered from severe cognitive deficit following topramate treatment were analyzed.Results and ConclusionTheir verbal functions were often affected especially the fluency of speech, as well as their memory and calculation. |
