| 摘 要： | 目的：研究全蝎提取液对血液凝固的影响，方法：采用全蝎提取液给家兔，小鼠静脉注射，并测定其血小板最大聚集率，血栓重量，纤维蛋白原含量及优球蛋白溶解时间的变化。结果：全蝎提取液对血小板最大聚集率有明显抑制作用（P＜0．01），使血栓重量明显减轻（P＜0．01），纤维蛋白原含量和优球蛋白溶解时间明显减少（P＜0．01），结论：全蝎提取液可通过促进纤溶，抑制血小板聚集而抑制血栓形成。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the influence of the scorpin extract fluid(SEF) on blood cogulation. Methods: The changing of platelet aggregation rate, the thrombus weight, the content of fibrinogen and the euglobulin lysis time were determined after SEF iv on rabbit and mice. Results: SEF had the effectiveness of inhibiting platelet aggregation(P<0. 01), decreasing the weight of thrombus(P<0. 01) and decreasing the content of fibrinogon and the eugloblulin lysis time(P<0. 01). Conclusion: SEF inhibits the formulation of the thrombus though the mechanism of improving fibrinogen lysis and inhibiting platelet aggregation. |
