全蝎提取液对血液凝固的影响

摘    要:目的:研究全蝎提取液对血液凝固的影响,方法:采用全蝎提取液给家兔,小鼠静脉注射,并测定其血小板最大聚集率,血栓重量,纤维蛋白原含量及优球蛋白溶解时间的变化。结果:全蝎提取液对血小板最大聚集率有明显抑制作用(P<0.01),使血栓重量明显减轻(P<0.01),纤维蛋白原含量和优球蛋白溶解时间明显减少(P<0.01),结论:全蝎提取液可通过促进纤溶,抑制血小板聚集而抑制血栓形成。

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of the scorpin extract fluid(SEF) on blood cogulation. Methods: The changing of platelet aggregation rate, the thrombus weight, the content of fibrinogen and the euglobulin lysis time were determined after SEF iv on rabbit and mice. Results: SEF had the effectiveness of inhibiting platelet aggregation(P<0. 01), decreasing the weight of thrombus(P<0. 01) and decreasing the content of fibrinogon and the eugloblulin lysis time(P<0. 01). Conclusion: SEF inhibits the formulation of the thrombus though the mechanism of improving fibrinogen lysis and inhibiting platelet aggregation.
