摘    要:通过原位造血重建的观察,发现骨内膜细胞及小梁内细胞很可能是支持造血细胞机能的基质细胞的源泉。本实验又以异位移植的造血重建的分析,进一步证实了异位移植的股骨可以而且能重建造血。在重建造血过程中,原有髓腔内的组织、细胞几乎全部变性和坏死,而小梁或皮质内细胞成分则增生活跃、进入髓腔,作为造血微环境的主要成分支持宿主迁徙来的造血干细胞的机能,从而完成造血重建过程。但经15Gy以上照射的移植物(股骨)则完全丧失诱导造血重建的微环境作用。

Abstract:In the previous paper, investigation of hemopoietic reconstitution in situ showed that periosteum and cells in the trabeculae might be the source of stromal cells supporting hemopoiesis. In the present study, it was demonstrated that hemopoiesis reconstituted in ectopically implanted femur, in which the original tissues and cells in the bone marrow cavity have almost already entirely degenerated and necrosed. Cells in the trabeculae and bone cortex proliferated actively and came into the bone marrow cavity as the main element of hemopoietic environment to support the immigrated hemopoietic stem cells. It was also ascertained that the environmental action on induction of hemopoietic reconstitution disappeared in the implanted femur after irradiation of the latter with a dosage over 15 Gy.
