三黄丸超微速溶颗粒治疗溃疡性结肠炎脾虚湿热证临床观察

目的比较不同剂量三黄丸超微速溶颗粒与传统汤剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效,探索超微颗粒复方最佳剂量。方法 60例溃疡性结肠炎脾虚湿热证患者随机分为3组,分别予三黄丸超微速溶颗粒1/3剂量、1/5剂量和传统汤剂,疗程15 d。结果主症积分、结肠镜检查结果治疗前后自身比较,超微颗粒1/3剂量组与传统汤剂组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),超微1/5剂量组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中医证候疗效、主症积分疗效及结肠镜检查组间比较,超微颗粒1/3剂量组与传统汤剂组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而1/5剂量组与传统汤剂组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论三黄丸超微颗粒1/3剂量与传统汤剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,且两组疗效相当,超微1/5剂量组无显著疗效。

Clinical study of Sanhuang micro-fine instant granules on ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and heat-dampness

Objective To compare the curative differences of Sanhuang micro-fine instant granules with different dosages and traditional decoction on ulcerative colitis and investigate the most appropriate dosage of the granules.Methods 60 patients with ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and heat-dampness were divided randomly into the granule 1/3 dosage group,1/5 dosage group and traditional decoction group.15 d 1 curative course.Results In comparison of self-comparison before and after treatment,the main symptoms scores and colonoscopy manifestation in 1/3 dosage group and traditional group were significant respectively(P<0.01),but in 1/5 dosage group was not significant(P>0.05).In comparison between groups,the differences of Chinese medicine syndrome scores,main symptoms scores and colonoscopy manifestation between 1/3 dosage group and traditional group was not significant(P>0.05),while between 1/5 dosage group and traditional group significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Both 1/3 dosage of the granules and traditional decoction are effective remarkably for ulcerative colitis and the curative effects are similar between the two therapy,while the granule 1/5 dosage is not significant effects.
