超声引导下射频消融术治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床研究

目的探讨超声引导下射频消融术治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血（功血）的临床疗效。方法分析2006年1月至2010年1月自愿接受自凝刀射频治疗围绝经期功血患者68例在B超引导下行射频消融治疗的临床资料。结果射频消融术后3个月,患者治愈率91.1%,总有效率100%。术中、术后未发生严重并发症。结论超声引导下射频消融治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血操作简单、手术时间短、创伤小且能避免切除子宫,值得推广应用。

Clinical Study of Radio Frequency Ablation Guided by Ultrasound on the Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding at Perimenopause

Objective To assess the clinical effects in treating obstinate dysfunctional uterine bleeding at perimenopause by radio frequency endometrial ablation（RFAE）.Methods From Jan 2006 to Jan 2010,sixty eight patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding at perimenopause were treated by radio frequency ablation guided by ultrasound.Results After radio frequency ablation 3 months,the curing rate was 91.1%,total effective rate was 100%,and none of the patients undergone severe complication after operation.Conclusion Radio frequency ablation guided by ultrasound is a simple,fast and less-suffering new interventional technology in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding,which is valuable for application.
