冠状动脉旁路移植术后近期治疗效果的危险因素分析

目的探讨影响冠状动脉旁路移植术（CABG）近期治疗效果的危险因素,为冠心病患者的术前和术后处理提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析我院2000年8月至2009年10月收集的172例CABG患者的临床及相关资料,对可能导致术后近期死亡的影响因素进行回顾性多因素分析。结果 172例患者中,早期死亡21例,死亡率12.2%。围手术期心梗、术前心功能不全、左室室壁瘤、体外循环下手术对CABG术后近期死亡的影响差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论围手术期心梗、术前心功能不全、左室室壁瘤、体外循环下手术是影响CABG术后近期死亡的危险因素。

Analysis of Risk Factors of Short-term Outcome after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

Objective To analyse the risk factors of Short-term Outcome after coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG） in patients with coronary artery disease.Methods From August 2000 to October 2009,the clinical information of 172 patients who underwent CABG was collected.In order to determine the risk factors of Short-term Outcome after CABG,univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were used.Results In the group 21 cases died and the early mortality was 12.2%.Effects of Perioperative myocardial infarction,Cardia insufficiency,left ventricular aneurysm and On-Pump coronary artery bypass surgery were statistically significant on the early death of CABG （P0.05）.Conclusion Perioperative myocardial infarction,Cardia insufficiency,left ventricular aneurysm and On-Pump coronary artery bypass surgery are risk factors of postoperative early death of CABG.
