| 摘 要： | 目的探讨膀胱憩室的超声声像图表现及对临床的意义。方法收集我院2005年7月至2010年3月共30个病人,并对30例病例资料进行回顾性分析研究。结果 30例病例中,年龄以老年病人多见,几乎所有病人都伴有泌尿系统疾病,以下尿路梗阻病人多见。结论超声检查可作为膀胱憩室检查的首选方法之一,能为临床提供非常有价值的影像信息。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the Ultrasonographic appearance of bladder diverticulum and evaluate its clinical significance.Methods Collect 30 bladder diverticulum cases of the hospital （from Jul2005 to Dec2010） and carry out retrospective analysis on them.Results Of the 30 cases analyzed （in which the patients are mostly at old age）,nearly every patient is associated with one or more urinary system disease,among which the lower urinary tract obstruction is the most common.Conclusion The Ultrasound Examination can be used as the preferred method of bladder diverticula,and can provide very valuable imaging information for clinical purposes. |
