钒酸盐对实验性糖尿病大鼠心、肝和肾脏功能的影响

摘    要:检查用两种剂量钒酸钠(0.1和0.2mg/ml,放入饮水中)处理5周的糖尿病大鼠心脏、肝脏和肾脏的功能。结果表明,两种剂量钒酸钠处理未引起血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)、谷一草转氨酶(GOT)、谷一丙转氨酶(GPT)、肌酐和尿素氮浓度升高。况且,在低剂量钒酸钠处理的动物血清肌酐水平明显低于糖尿病动物。本研究结果提示,在本实验条件下,钒酸钠处理不能引起糖尿病动物心脏、肝脏和肾脏的功能损害。

Abstract:In the present study, we evaluated the effects of oral vanadate administration on the cardiac, hepatic and renal functions in streptozotocin - induced diabetic rats. Low (0. 1mg/ ml) and high (0. 2mg/ml) concentrations of sodium orthovanadate were administered ad libitum in drinking water for 5 weeks. The results showed that low and high vanadate treatment did not cause rises in serum creatine phosphokinase, glutamic - oxalacetic transaminase. glutamic - pyruvic transaminase. creatinine and urea nitrogen. Moreover, low vanadate treatment lowered the elevated creatinine levels in diabetic rats to control values. These findings suggest that several weeks of oral administration of vanadate to diabetic rats do not fesult in impairment of the heart, liver or kidney function.
