摘    要:为研究祛瘀消斑胶囊对动脉粥样硬化(AS)患者血管内皮细胞的改善作用。治疗组35例,以祛瘀消斑胶囊进行治疗,疗程6个月;另设正常对照组30例不予药物治疗。用超声技术观察血管内皮功能的改善作用。结果AS患者治疗后血浆ET-1降低和治疗前比较显著性意义(P<0.05),NO升高有显著性意义(P<0.01),肱动脉内皮功能改善有非常显著性意义(P<0.001)。提示祛瘀消斑胶囊能有效改善AS患者的血管内皮功能。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of "Quyu Xiaoban Capsule" in improving the vascular endotheliocyte functions in patients with atherosclerosis (AS),35 cases (treatment group) were treated by the Capsule for six months,and another 30 cases were treated as control group.The vascular endotheliocyte functions were observed by ultrasound techniques: After treatment,the plasma ET 1 reduced significantly (P<0.05),NO elevated obviously (P<0.01);the endotheliocyte functions of humeral artery were improved greatly (P<0.001).It is suggested that the Capsule can improve the vascular endotheliocyte functions in patients with AS.
