摘    要:目的探讨透明质酸钠凝胶渗透压的测定方法。方法用VAPRO 5520渗透压仪分别测定0.5%,1.0%和2.3%透明质酸钠凝胶渗透压;比较0.5%透明质酸钠凝胶称量加样与取样器加样的测定结果。结果0.5%,1.0%和2.3%透明质酸钠凝胶渗透压分别为295,312和330 mOsmol/kg,RSD分别为0.40%,0.18%和0.37%;称量加样与取样器加样测定结果相同。结论VAPRO 5520渗透压仪能准确测定0.5%,1.0%和2.3%透明质酸钠凝胶渗透压。

Abstract:Purpose To study a method by which the osmolality of sodium hyaluronate gels can be determined. Methods The osmolality of sodium hyaluronate gels with sodium hyaluronate concentration of 0.5 %, 1.0% and 2.3% respectively were determined by VAPRO 5520 pressure osmometry. The sampling system with pipette or weighing method was compared. Results The osmolality of 0.5 %, 1.0 % and 2.3 % sodium hyaluronate gels was 295,312 and 330 mOsmol/kg and RSD was 0.40 %, 0.18 % and 0.37 % respectively ; The results obtained with pipette and weighing method was the same. Conclusion The osmolality of sodium hyaluronate gels can he determined by VAPRO 5520 pressure osmometry.
