| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方血竭凝胶中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，色谱柱为ZORBAXSB—C18（5min，4．6mm×250mm），以甲醇-0．3％冰醋酸（35：65）为流动相，检测波长为320mm，柱温35℃，流速1．0mL／min。结果阿魏酸在0．031～0．310mg范围内呈线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为95．82％（RSD=0．63％）。结论此方法操作简便、可靠，重复性好，专属性强，能有效控制该制剂的质量。

Determination of Ferulic Acid in Compound Xuejie Gels by HPLC |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid in Compound Xuejie Gels. Methods HPLC method was carried out on Zorbax SB-C18 （5μm, 4.6 mm× 250 mm）, with detection wavelength at 320 nm. The mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.3% aqueous acetic acid （35 ： 65）, the column temperature was 35℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.031-0.310 μg （r=0.999 9）. The average recovery was 95.82% （RSD=0.63%）. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation. |
