帕罗西汀和文拉法辛对复发性抑郁症的短期疗效和记忆功能影响

目的：比较帕罗西汀和文拉法辛对复发性抑郁症患者的短期疗效及记忆功能的影响。方法：60例复发性抑郁症患者随机分成帕罗西汀组和文拉法辛组，治疗6周，帕罗西汀和文拉法辛治疗剂量分别为20～60mg／d和150～225mg／d。以HAMD减分率评定疗效，评估患者治疗前后的记忆功能。结果：帕罗西汀组和文拉法辛组在治疗6周后的临床疗效比较无统计学差异（76．67％VS70％，P〉0．05）。治疗6周后，文拉法辛组的短时记忆分和记忆商数高于帕罗西汀组（P〈0．05）。结论：帕罗西汀和文拉法辛对复发性抑郁症的短期疗效相似；相对于帕罗西汀，文拉法辛改善记忆功能较好，尤其在短时记忆方面．

Study of paroxetine and venlafaxine on the short-term effect and memory function in the recurrent depression

To compare the short-term effects of paroxetine and venlafaxine on memory function in the patients with recurrent depres sion. METHODS： Using randomized study, re current depression patients were divided into paroxetine and venlafaxine group respectively for six weeks treatment. The doses were 20-60 mg/ d and 150-225 mg/d respectively. All subjects were tested by Wechsler Memory Scale - revised in China and Hamilton Depression Scale-24. RE SULTS： There was no difference between two groups about the effective rate （76.67% vs 70%,P〉0.05）. The scores of short-term memory and memory quotient after 6 weeks treat ment in venlafaxine group were higher than those in paroxetine group （P〈0.05）. CONCLU SION. The paroxetine has the same short-term effect as the venlafaxine in the patients with re current depression. Venlafaxine has more effect on short-term memory and memory quotient than paroxetine does.
