| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨临床药师参与临床疾病的治疗中的作用。方法：临床药师参与1例菌血症患者治疗方案的调整，对抗菌药物的选择提出建议，制定个体化给药方案。结果：患者感染得到及时有效控制。结论：临床药师参与临床治疗，不仅可提高临床治疗水平，也促进合理用药。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To investigate the role of clinical pharmacist in the treatment of patients with diseases. METHODS： Clinical pharmacist involved in the consultations of a bacteremia patient, offer a proposal to select antibacterial and developed individualized treatment plan for the patient. RESULTS： The patient＇s condition to get timely and effective control and treatment. CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacists to participate in the clinical course of treatment, It will not only enhance the level of clinical treatment，but also promote apply medicine reasonablely. |
