辽宁省居民与学生艾滋病相关知识和态度现况调查

目的了解辽宁省居民与学生防治艾滋病相关知识与态度现状。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,对沈阳市、鞍山市、锦州市1080名城乡居民和1080名大中学生进行问卷调查。结果调查显示防治艾滋病知识平均知晓率为81.16%。其中,居民平均知晓率为83.56%,学生平均知晓率为78.69%。经方差分析,居民与学生防治艾滋病相关知识平均知晓率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。分别有28.00%城乡居民和35.3%大中学生将减少或断绝与艾滋病感染者的来往;11.8%的城乡居民和13.5%大中学生不允许感染者继续工作和学习;24.6%的城乡居民和42.7%大中学生介意与艾滋病感染者一起吃饭,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论大中学生防治艾滋病相关知识知晓率低于城乡居民,学生与居民对艾滋病感染者/患者的歧视态度仍较严重。

Survey of AIDS Knowledge and Attitude to it among Residents and Students in Liaoning Province

Objective To learn about the status of knowledge and attitude on AIDS among residents and students in Liaoning. Methods After multistage sampling 1 080 residents and 1 080 students were selected as respondents by questionnaires. Results The average knowledge rate of AIDS was 83.65% among residents and 78.69% among students. There were significant difference between residents and students (P<0.01). 28.0% residents and 35.3% students expressed that they would reduce touching chance or keep no touch with HIV positive persons. 11.8% residents and 13.5% students believed that HIV positive persons should not be permitted to work and study with normal persons. 24.6% residents and 42.7% students minded having a meal with HIV positive persons. There were significant difference between residents and students (P<0.01). Conclusion Students had lower knowledge rate about AIDS than residents. There was serious discrimination to AIDS positive persons and patients among residents and students.
