江苏省城乡居民饮酒频率流行趋势及影响因素分析

目的 了解江苏省15岁及以上城乡居民饮酒频率流行趋势及其影响因素,为相关部门进一步因地制宜采取限酒戒酒相关措施提供依据.方法 采用全国第四次卫生服务调查中统一制定的调查设计方案和调查表,按照分层抽样的方法抽取江苏省17个县(市、区)共10 200户家庭,由经过培训合格的调查员采用入户询问的方式收集数据.结果 共调查15岁及以上居民饮酒人数为26 230人.其中城市经常饮酒人群(8.97%)明显少于农村地区(14.51%).男性经常饮酒频率(24.54%)高于女性(1.68%),农村女性经常饮酒率(1.66%)低于城市女性(1.73%);在全省15～24岁青少年群组中,女性(1.33%)饮酒频次高于男性(0.50%);在受不同教育层次人群中,其中小学和初中文化人群经常饮酒率较高,本科及以上人群经常饮酒率最低;在不同的就业状况人群中,在业人群经常饮酒率最高(14.80%);在不同的收入人群中,高收入人群经常饮酒率最高(13.84%).城乡居民饮酒频率主要影响因素包括:性别、城乡、年龄、文化程度、就业状况、参保情况、自我健康评分、慢性病患病情况、吸烟和经济收入情况.结论 15岁及以上居民中饮酒问题不容忽视,应针对高饮酒频率的各种危险因素选择适当可行的预防及干预措施,控制饮酒频率.
