脊柱平衡手法推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

目的:观察脊柱平衡手法推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:选该病患者240例,随机分为两组。治疗组以脊柱平衡手法为主推拿治疗,对照组以颈部推拿为主治疗。两组7天为1疗程,治疗两个疗程。结果:治疗组痊愈66例,好转51例,无效3例,总有效率为97.50%(95%CI=92.38%~99.45%);对照组痊愈42例,好转43例,无效35例,总有效率为70.83%(95%CI=62.70%~78.94%);两组综合疗效比较(u=4.226 2,P=0.000 0),差异有显著性意义。结论:脊柱平衡手法推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效优于颈部推拿治疗,其收益为OR=0.06(95%CI=0.02~0.21),NNT=4(95%CI=2.78~5.74)。

The Effect of Spinal Equilibrium Rotation Massage on Arteria Vertebral Cervical Spondylosis

Objective： To observe the curative effect of spinal equilibrium rotation massage on arteria vertebral cervical spondylosis. Methods：240 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The cases in treatment group were treated by spinal equilibrium rotation massage, and the ones in control group were done by cervical rotation massage,for 14 days. Results： In treatment group, 66 recovered ,51 proved effective, 3 ineffective, and the total effective rate was 97.50% （95% CI = 92.38% - 99.45% ）. In control group, 42 recovered,43 proved effective, 35 ineffective,and the total effective rate was 70.83% （95% CI =62.70% - 78.94% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups on curative effect （ u = 4. 226 2, P = 0.000 0 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of spinal equilibrium rotation massage on arteria vertebral cervical spondylosis was better than cervical rotation massage, OR = 0.06 （95 % CI = 0.02 - 0.21 ）, NNT = 4 （95 % CI = 2.78 - 5.74）.
