肉桂的红外光谱鉴定与气相色谱-质谱分析

摘    要:目的对国内七个地区的9个市售肉桂样品进行鉴定,并对5个样品挥发油中的肉桂醛、咕巴烯等成分进行含量测定。方法采用傅立叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)和气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)。结果5个样品被鉴定为肉桂,其它样品为桂皮;被测样品挥发油中桂皮醛的含量在33.43%~71.19%。结论采用这两种方法均能准确地鉴定肉桂,GC-MS法能以挥发油中桂皮醛含量为指标很好地控制药材的质量。

Abstract:Objective To identify the nine batches sample of Cortex Cinnamomi from seven different areas of domestic market and to determine Cinnamon aldehyde,Palestine alkene clucked and other composition of the volatile oils in the five samples.Methods It was established by GC-MS and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Results It has been shown that the five of nine samples are Cortex Cinnamomi and the other are Guipi.The content of Cinnamaldehyde determinated in the volatile oils is 33.43%~(71.19)%.Conclusion The methods of GC-MS and FTIR can be used accurately for the identification of Cortex Cinnamomi and to be controlled the quality of crude drugs with Cinnamaldehyde as the index.
