云南省165所医院白内障围手术期感染控制的调查研究

目的调查云南省165所医院白内障围手术期感染控制的执行情况。方法采用"光明工程"白内障手术病人医院感染控制检查表对165所医院进行问卷调查。结果 164所(99.4%)医院严格掌握白内障手术禁忌证,158所(95.8%)医院使用高压蒸汽灭菌消毒手术器械,28所(17.0%)医院无明确手术室三区划分,16所(9.7%)医院术前未用1∶20安尔碘(Ⅲ型)进行结膜囊冲洗,1所(0.6%)医院在手术过程中未严格执行无菌技术操作规程,3所(1.8%)医院未将医疗废物分类放置。结论 165所医院在感染控制环节需要加强和整改,以确保白内障患者手术安全。

Perioperative infection control for patients with cataract surgery in 165 hospitals in Yunnan province

Objective To investigate the status of perioperative infection control for patients with cataract surgery in Yunnan province. Methods Totally 165 hospitals in Yunnan province were investigated by using the questionnaire of infection control for patients with cataract surgery in ＂Bright Project＂. Results 164（99.4%） hospitals abided by cataract surgery contraindications strictly, 158（95.8%） hospitals sterilized surgical instruments by autoclaving, 28（17.0%） hospitals failed to divide operating rooms into three areas,16（9.7%） hospitals didn＇t use 1：20 Anerdian to wash conjunctival sac in preoperative preparation,1（0.6%） hospital did not strictly abide by aseptic techniques during surgery,3（1.8%） hospitals did not place medical waste by classification. Conclusion The infection control in the 165 hospitals needs to be further improved in order to ensure the safety of cataract surgery.
