摘    要:目的分析一起细菌性食物中毒的原因,为食物中毒的处理提供依据。方法按照《食品卫生微生物学检验》进行操作。结果通过对3份食品、半成品留样、2份患者肛拭子、5份工具、容器棉拭子共计10份样品的肠道致病菌的检验,在2份肛拭子和1份案板的棉拭子中检出了副溶血性弧菌,经生化分型鉴定为同一生化型,神奈川实验阳性。所有样品均未检测出其它致病菌。结论病原学结果证实本起食物中毒是由摄入了受副溶血性弧菌污染的食物而引起。加强对餐饮行业及从业人员的卫生监督和培训,是减少类似食物中毒事件的关键。

Abstract:Objective To analysis of the causes of bacterial food poisoning, in order to provide a basis for dealing with food poisoning. Methods In accordance with the ((Microbiology of food hygiene inspection)). Results Through examination of the remaining 3 food samples, 2 rectal examinations as well as 5 test sub cotton tools and containers for food, Which the 2 rectal examinations and 1 test sub cotton chopping board were detected in the faeces of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, all samples were not detected in other pathogens. Conclusion Etiology of this effect eonfirmed by the intake of food poisoning by Vibrio parahaemolyticus pollution.
