| 摘 要： | 目的探讨口服蓖麻油用于妇科腹式择期手术前肠道清洁的临床效果。方法对226例妇科腹式择期手术患者随机抽样进行口服蓖麻油和番泻叶浸泡剂，对肠道清洁的效果进行比较。结果口服蓖麻油用于肠道清洁效果优于口服番泻叶浸泡剂。结论口服蓖麻油用于妇科腹式择期手术前肠道清洁，方法简便，作用迅速，副作用小，患者易于接受，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinic effect of oral castor oil used in the intestinal preparation before the gynecology stomach type surgical operation on an appointed day. Methods Taking the random sample of 126 patients who need the gynecology stomach type operation on an appointed day, oral castor oil and marinated senna leaves are respectively used by these sample patients and then the effects of the intestinal preparation are compared. Results As to the effect of the intestinal preparation, taking the castor oil orally is better than marinated senna leaves. Conclusion It is an easier and quickly effective way to take the castor oil orally before the gynecology stomach type operation on an appointed day to the intestinal preparation and hence this way deserves a clinical expansion application. |
