5%咪喹莫特乳膏外用预防尖锐湿疣复发的疗效观察

目的观察5%咪喹莫特乳膏外用预防尖锐湿疣(CA)复发的疗效。方法治疗组43例CA患者予二氧化碳激光祛除疣体后1周于原皮疹部位及其周围0.5cm范围外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏,隔日1次,疗程1月,对照组38例CA患者单用二氧化碳激光治疗,治疗后两组均随访3个月。结果治疗组复发率(6.97%,3/43)明显低于对照组(42.10%,16/38)(P<0.01)。结论 5%咪喹莫特乳膏外用可以明显降低CA的复发率。

Observation of Topical Application with 5% Imiquimod Cream on Condyloma Acuminata Relapse Prevention

Objective To observe the preventive effect of topical application with 5% imiquimod cream (brand name:Aldara,England 3M Company) on condyloma acuminata (CA) relapse.Methods Eighty-one patients with CA were randomly divided into treatment group(43) and control group(38),respectively.All wart bodies were evaporated with carbon dioxide laser in two groups and were followed-up for 3 months.In treatment group,additional 5% imiquimod cream were topically used in the treated sites and surrounding 0.5cm skin every other day for one month after a week since laser treatment.Results The relapse rate of the treatment group (6.97%,3 /43) was significantly lower than the control (42.10%,16/38) (P<0.01).Conclusion The 5% imiquimod cream for topical usage can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of CA.
