Liraglutide治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

目的探讨Liraglutide治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床效果。方法 28例T2DM患者在应用二甲双胍治疗的基础上给予Liraglutide,治疗16周。观察Liraglutide治疗前后糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、空腹血浆胰岛素(FINS)水平、血脂、血压、体质量指数(BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及β细胞功能指数(HOMA-IS)的变化及低血糖事件和其他不良事件的发生率。结果 Liraglutide治疗后T2DM患者HbA1c、FPG、2hPG和BMI均较治疗前显著减低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);HOMA-IS较治疗前升高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Liraglutide治疗未出现严重不良反应。结论 Liraglutide治疗T2DM是安全有效的。

Efficacy of Liraglutide in treating type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Liraglutide in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM) . Methods Twenty-eight patients with type 2 diabetes were treated by Liraglutide combined with metformin for 16 weeks. Glycosylated hemoglobin( HbA1c) ,fasting plasma glucose ( FPG) ,2 hours postprandial blood glucose ( 2hPG) ,fasting plasma insulin ( FINS) ,blood lipids,blood pressure and body mass index ( BMI) ,insulin resistance index( HOMA-IR) and beta cells function index( HOMA-IS) were measured before and after treatment,and the incidence rates of hypoglycemia and other side effects were also recorded. Results Significance differences were found in the levels of HbA1c,FPG,2hPG and BMI before and after treatment with Liraglutide( P < 0. 01) . Compared with pretherapy,the HOMA-IS was higher after treatment,there was statistical significance ( P < 0. 01) . The incidence of hypoglycaemia was low. There was no severe adverse-effect. Conclusion Liraglutide is safe and effective in management of type 2 diabetes.
