妊娠高血压综合征患者脂蛋白（a）及半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C水平变化的研究

目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征（简称妊高征）患者血中脂蛋白（a）Lp（a）]、半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂c（CysC）水平变化在妊高征发生、发展中的作用。方法用免疫增强透射比浊法检测52例妊高征患者（轻度12例，中度22例，重度18例）及28名正常足月妊娠妇女（对照组）血清Lp（a）和CysC水平。结果中、重度妊高征患者血中Lp（a）及CysC水平均明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。重度妊高征患者Lp（a）及CysC水平高于中度妊高征患者（P〈0．05）。轻度妊高征患者Lp（a）及CysC水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论血清中Lp（a）水平升高可能参与了妊高征的血管内皮损伤，观测Lp（a）、CysC可以预测妊高征的严重程度及预后。

The serum levels of lipoprotein (a) and cystatin C in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome

Objective To investigate the changes of lipoprotein（a） Lp（a） ] and cystatin C（ Cys C） in the onset and development of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome （ PIH ）. Methods The serum levels of Lp （a） and Cys C in PIH groups （22 moderate, 18 severe and 12 low） and normal pregnancy group were detected by immunoturbi- dimetry method. Results The serum levels of Lp（a） and Cys C in patients with moderate and severe PIH were significantly higher than that in the normal pregnancy group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The level of Lp（a） and Cys C in patients with severe P1H were significantly higher than that in moderate PIH patients （P 〈0. 05）. The serum levels of Lp（a） and Cys C in patients with low PIH had no difference than that in normal pregnancy group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The increase of Lp（a） may involve in the lesion of endothelium. The changes of Lp（a） and Cys C can predict the diagnosis and prognosis of PIH.
